Access to ISIS

Once the accesses and projects have been created, you will receive an email informing you of the creation of your access to the cluster.

You can then access the cluster in SSH connection with your ANITI account: ssh firstname.lastname@isis.aniti.fr
The password is that of your ANITI account, in case of loss, you can reset it via the webservice security.aniti.fr

The isis.aniti.fr server is the user connection node of the cluster which allows access to the home directory, it is not a calculation server.

The home directory /users/firstname.lastname/ has a limited size (50 GB).

To store project data and processing, you have access to the /projets/projectname directory (/projets/projectname/sub-project) with a size of 1TB, which is also accessible to other potential users working on the project (sub-project).

The /logiciels directory contains a set of shared software including python and two images singularity pytorch and tensorflow under /logiciels/containerCollections/CUDA11/

Processing is launched on the compute nodes via Slurm.

Please note, access to the cluster is restricted to workstations whose IP addresses belong to a Higher Education and Research institution.

In case of connection problem, please indicate your public IP address to SUPPORT ANITI CLUSTER:
support-aniti-cluster@univ-toulouse.fr
to check the access rules of the firewall

For connections from a public address outside a Higher Education and Research establishment, it must be possible to go through a rebound server whose IP address is recognized.

For any help on the use of the ANITI RESEARCH computing cluster / problem connecting to the cluster, contact ANITI CLUSTER SUPPORT:
